The Innovative Scientific-Production Enterprise “IRSTROYPROGRESS Co., Ltd” was established in 1997 ã . Its main activity is conducting SRECD, development, introduction in manufacturing and production of new highly efficient admixtures to concretes, mortars and dry building mixtures, which are intended to increase strength, waterproofness, sulphate-resistance and longevity of concretes and mortars , and also to accelerate terms of cast-in-place construction and to exclude warm-moisture treatment when making precast reinforced constructions and items.
Basic priorities in the work of the enterprise – high quality of the products and a constant scientific search directed towards the improvement of the products.
General Director of the enterprise and its founder – Bazoev Oleg Kazbekovich, Candidate of Engineering Sciences, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. He is the leader of scientific studies and the author of patents, inventions and “know-how”. Scientific research department of the enterprise constantly works on the improvement of the products and at the same time develops new types of the products. Scientific studies are carried out at a rather high professional level by a scientific creative team, consisting of a Doctor of science, 3 candidates of sciences, 2 post-graduate students and 4 research engineers. If necessary, leading SRI and specialists of Russia (SRIRC, SRIMosstroy and others) are involved. During 10 years of activity seven invention patents have been obtained and three “know-how” have been registered and introduced in manufacturing. An industrial output of four new kinds of the product – special admixtures to concretes, mortars and dry building mixtures, has been mastered.
Since 2006 the enterprise has turned to the production of the new admixture of new generation “D- 5” (“know-how” ¹1), which are characterized as highly efficient, universal and multifunctional; for all this, admixture “D- 5” is capable of replacing the effect of several traditional admixtures to concretes. The admixture “D- 5” make it possible to produce high strength (up to  60 and more), waterproof (up to W 20), quick-hardening, sulphate-resistant concretes and to shorten terms of cast-in-place construction in 1,5 – 2 times compared to the normative, with the simultaneous improvement in quality and longevity (see section "PRODUCTS") . For all that, admixture "D-5" contain chlorine or other components dangerous for cement stone, reinforcing-bar steel or human health; therefore they are allowed to the production of cast-in-place and precast reinforced structures, contacting with drinking water. The application of the admixture “D-5” at the plants of precast reinforced concrete allows to exclude warm-moisture treatment of the items and to considerably reduce the electric power consumption of enterprises.
Quality management system, which was certified in accordance with the international system ISO 9001:2000 in 2005, has been introduced in the enterprise. The technical control department of the enterprise carries on constant quality control of the feedstock, of the maintenance of all technological processes and controls the quality of each product batch. High quality of the products, reliability and conscientious cooperation with the partners allowed the enterprise to withstand in the competitive activity, to fill its niche on the market and brought about the dynamic development of the production. The products of the enterprise have been repeatedly awarded with gold, silver and platinum medals of different exhibitions and quality competitions, including international ones (see section "Certificates and Awards")
The enterprise develops a net of regional dealers and distributors and is open for cooperation.
